Carex is partnering with a brand new Epic consulting partner, Anura Connect, to find an Inpatient ClinDoc Analyst/Generalist with a strong background in Epic post-live support and optimization. This consultant will play a critical role in maintaining and improving clinical documentation systems to meet business needs effectively. All candidates must be an ex-Epic employee and hold their Epic Inpatient ClinDoc certification.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of Epic Inpatient ClinDoc systems, responding to user tickets and requests promptly.
- Evaluate and optimize early-live systems, converting them back to Model build where necessary.
- Collaborate with integrated project teams to support ongoing enhancements and system optimization.
- Critically assess requests to identify and implement efficient, effective solutions that meet operational needs without unnecessary complexity.
- Maintain alignment with East Coast business hours to ensure seamless support for a health system.
What You’ll Bring
- Epic Inpatient ClinDoc certification required; Orders certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven expertise in post-live support, including system maintenance and optimization—prior experience in installations alone is insufficient.
- Demonstrated ability to propose innovative, business-oriented solutions rather than standard, repetitive fixes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving user experience and system efficiency.
- Availability to work remotely while supporting East Coast time zone hours.
