We’re partnering with a small, rapidly growing healthtech company and currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Implementation Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have Epic Beaker or Beacon application experience. This role will be responsible for the successful implementation of their enterprise software solutions in healthcare, laboratory, and manufacturing settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing software products in these environments, possessing a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including development, quality assurance, and customer support, to drive successful software deployments.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs and configure the software accordingly.
- Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and project documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of the software.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on software products, providing guidance and best practices to clients.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions with the development team.
- Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Build and maintain implementation assets, such as templates, documentation, and training materials per release as well as driving standard configuration per release as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation, preferably in the healthcare or laboratory space.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing enterprise software products.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Experience with configuration and customization of enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare/laboratory environments (e.g., HIPAA, CLIA) is preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and on-site implementations.
