What You'll Do

  • Oversee and manage the relationship with the offshore BPO provider, ensuring smooth integration of outsourced consultants handling data entry, claims, authorizations, and other back-office operations.
  • Lead the transition of core services to the BPO provider while maintaining quality, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor provider performance, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in processes, policies, and technologies.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and the BPO provider, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with company goals.
  • Support broader change management initiatives within the organization as it scales rapidly.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the COO, to drive strategic decisions related to the offshore provider and operational improvements.
  • Maintain and foster the company’s mission-driven, collaborative culture, ensuring alignment across internal and external teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s operational model to effectively manage outsourcing strategies and long-term scalability.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in operations and project leadership, ideally within a high-growth or startup environment.
  • 2+ years of healthcare/healthtech industry experience.  RevCycle, Medicaid, or Population Health experience a huge plus.
  • Strong ability to oversee and optimize outsourced operations, particularly with offshore BPO providers.
  • Experience in transitioning services, managing vendor relationships, and implementing process improvements.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach—no task is too small in this fast-moving environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a 24/7, fast-paced startup setting with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or claims processing is a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking.
