Carex is partnering with a Cycling partner to find a skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join their Finance team based in Madison, WI. This role plays a key part in partnering with commercial business stakeholders on financial forecasting and analytics related to volume, key customers and products, departmental expenses, and channel performance.
What You’ll Do

Collaborate with the CFO to analyze, forecast, and present critical financial and operational data.

Develop business cases that support investment decisions and measure post-investment performance against key targets.

Partner with Sales and Accounting to support month-end close processes and explain variances in department expenses, revenue, and gross margin.

Provide financial modeling and analysis throughout deal cycles, from deal initiation to final contract, including customer negotiations.

Analyze industry trends and data to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions across key accounts and brands.

Deliver insightful reporting and analytics that inform sales, marketing, and leadership-level decision-making.

Monitor and review monthly financial and operational performance versus budget and prior periods, identifying key variances and areas for improvement.

Design and maintain reports to identify pricing trends and highlight margin improvement opportunities.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.

5–7+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling) and PowerPoint.

Strong experience working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with stakeholders across departments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, including experience in advanced financial modeling and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Familiarity with SAP and BW is strongly preferred.
