Carex is seeking a passionate and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a dynamic team within a forward-thinking, innovative company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to ensure it aligns with business needs. This position will place you at the center of the company’s CRM strategy, ensuring that the Salesforce platform is optimized, user-friendly, and effectively supports business goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform daily administration and support tasks, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce system security, including managing user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and access settings.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Provide frontline support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user problems.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and user guides to ensure effective use of Salesforce.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree.
  • 3+ years of advanced Salesforce Administrator experience in an enterprise-level organization.
  • 2+ years of experience with Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • 2+ years of experience in agile software development with Kanban and/or Scrum.
  • Strong professionalism in all communications, including technical discussions with leadership and executive teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks promptly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are required.
